End User License Agreement (EULA) for Mesq
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and the developers of Mesq ("Developers," "We," "Us," or "Our") regarding your use of the Mesq application ("Application" or "Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Mesq application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Application.

1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Mesq application for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. This license does not allow you to use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
Copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Application.
Use the Application for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes.
Bypass or attempt to bypass any security or authentication measures in the Application.
Use the Application to infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

3. Intellectual Property
The Mesq application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Developers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in and to the Application remain with the Developers.

4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
Your use of the Application and any consequences arising from such use.
Ensuring that your use of the Application complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Any data, content, or materials you transmit or receive through the Application.

5. Privacy
Your use of the Mesq application is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Application, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Mesq application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

9. Third-Party Services
The Mesq application may integrate with or provide access to third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

10. Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Application or by other means. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Russian Federation. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Russian Federation.
